Vibration-loading and soil reinforcement

This technology is designed to create enclosing structures for various purposes of piles of load-bearing structures using steel and W.b. elements, composite materials of various cross-sections by vibration immersion in sedimentary rocks (clays, loams, Sands, etc.).

TYPES OF REINFORCING ELEMENTS:

  • R.C. piles;
  • pipe;
  • armo-frame;
  • flange beam.

Vibrophone is a method of penetration of a pile into soil in which a special machine attached input support oscillation. Vibrations from the pile are transmitted to the ground, as a result, the structure enters the surface under the influence of its weight and the weight of the vibration-loading mechanism with minimal friction. Thus, the installation of ready-made supports made of different materials and bored piles is performed.

Under the influence of oscillatory movements, the ground becomes soft and pliable. At the moment when the vibration stops, the soil rises around the support in a solid layer and compacts the surface within a radius of 2-3 m. If you correctly design the location of piles mounted by vibration loading, you can equip the territory with soil of increased density.
