Jet cementation of soils

Technology for fixing soils based on jet cementation, based on mixing and replacing the initial soil with cement solutions of various types. It is carried out by feeding the solution to the bottom of the well at a high pressure of up to 500 bar on the reverse or forward course of the drill string through the nozzles. The final product is a soil-mineral array with improved strength characteristics.

ADVANTAGES OF JET CEMENTATION

The ability to manufacture soil-cement elements from 300 to 1500 mm (depending on the characteristics of the soil).

The kinetic energy of a single jet is used to destroy and mix the soil. With this technology, the maximum possible strength of the ground concrete is achieved. The technology is used when strengthening the foundations of historical buildings, as well as in cases where it is necessary to carry out work near or inside buildings and near communications.

Single-component system

To destroy and mix the soil, the kinetic energy of two components is used: air and water-cement. The technology allows you to significantly increase the diameter of the soil-cement pile with less strength of the ground concrete compared to JET-1. The technology is used for fixing large masses of soil.
